Lululemon flawed Pure Practice tights in black size 4

Lululemon Pure Practice leggings tights - black with criss-cross ankles. Please see pictures for condition and note the flaw. These have a stretched out spot on the upper backside, which I have pictured both un-stretched and stretched. There is also some wash wear. Price reflects the condition.
