Brand new. Have the tag - just not attached. I thought I liked them, tried them on at home and took tag off, and then realized they are not for me. I took the back waist tag off but left the attaching threads in to show they are new. Note - color is grey sage. These pics make them look more grey but they look more green in person. I included a pic of the pants from the web site which has more accurate color.
