These Lululemon leggings are in good condition with no stains or holes. There is some piling in the inner thigh which is shown in the photos.  When laying flat, measurements are as follows: Waist: 15" Rise: 10" Inseam: 26" Please use measurements to ensure item will fit properly.  We are a smoke free home with one hypoallergenic dog.
