This is a great , light weight down vest . It is new and has been sitting in my closet . The size is most likely 10 as that is my size in Lulu - I took the tag out - it measures 25 inches shoulder to the bottom of vest, and 17” across at the waist when it is uncinched . It has a detachable hood and is perfect for layering.
