Great condition.. Reposhing this item I purchased from @smw75204. I loved the dark purple color but I just don't reach for this anymore. Someone else could enjoy this piece more

I just bought this a size 6 it is very tight in the arms it measures 21 inches armpit to armpit could you tell me what the eight measures
