BROKEN STRAP!! Lululemon New Parent Backpack. Bag itself is in great condition but a plastic part on one of the straps got crushed in the car door and broke off. We have tied it together and I think it works fine but my husband complained it was uncomfortable so we got a new one. Does not include changing pad or crossbody.
