Lululemon Leggings Sz 4 - 23" inseam side pocket black The rise on these is approximately 8 inches. So I think I would consider that high waist, but you can decide what you think. Side pockets and a zipper pocket in the back. These are in fantastic condition. No rips, stains or holes. There's a couple of very tiny pulls in the back of the calf. They're small.
