The color is called “black” online, but it looks charcoal gray! No flaws outside of a super tiny scratch on the Lulu emblem (see pic/video). Noticed that the zipper has a stretched hair tie on it instead of the rope thingy that usually comes on these. (It still unzips the purse, so it wasn’t an issue to me.) Downsizing my wardrobe.
