There's reinforced stitching on the side seams at the bottom hems. I have these same leggings in a larger size and they have the same hems. They are in excellent used condition with no flaws. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure a good fit. They were taken on the front with them laid flat. Note that the fabric is very stretchy, so can expand to accommodate somewhat larger dimensions than the ones shown below.
