Color is Cadet Blue. Selling because I thought they were navy blue. There is also some fraying on the inside elastic band (one small area). Not noticeable with wear but it does rub a little (only an issue if you aren’t wearing a shirt tucked in). Reposhing this item I purchased from @desert_blooms.
