What type of fabric/texture is this dress? Silky? Slightly textured? Waffle texture?

@gretchensc16 the fabric is 94% polyester, 6% spandex. very soft and movable with lots of stretch. I added a close up pic of the texture of the fabric. let me know if you have any other questions.
