Black and white is a classic combination and this Carly dress is a classic in itself. The Carly features a high low hem and comfortable fit that can be worn alone or paired with leggings. This listing is new without original tags. I removed them myself but never wore the dress as shown in the photos. Perfect condition, zero call outs. Measurements: P2P: 16-18” S2H: 38-44” All measurements taken while item was lying flat. Thoroughly inspected prior to listing. No damage, rips, tears, snags or stains.  All hems intact.
