These beautiful Luiza Barcelos red strappy heels are made in Brazil. The beautiful craftsmanship also has a fun color offset of light blue on the soles and inside the heels. Light wear and minor scuffs, but overall in good used condition. The scuffs are hard to notice and blend into the red suede, pictured on the heel. Markings on soles of shoes. Buckle closure, open toed, heel fully covered. I think these would be amazing with that little black dress or out salsa dancing.
