Lucy in the sky cocktail / party dress

Never worn brand new condition, the sequins change color in the light/reflection. Very stretchy and soft material with adjustable straps. For reference I’m 5’2 and 120 lbs and this is a small. The sequins are colors of yellow/gold, green, blue, and an orangey red but sometimes looks pink. New without tags
