Has a black polyester comfortable liner inside from upper bust to bottom hem. Sleeves a a little sheer as shown in last photo. Has stretch! Elastic openings on wrists/sleeves openings. From nonsmoking home. Armpit to armpit measures 14” and can stretch to 16.5”. Sleeve length is 25”, length of the dress shoulder to bottom hem is 31” and does stretch.
