octoberaquarius @monokerata Hi. the waist is 24 inches flat, 26 flat and stretched. It should fit a waist of 48-52 inches. there is no stretch to the fabric but there are two elastic sections in the waist. I like the fit of them, they are roomy enough that they are comfortable to sit in.
