Charcoal with silver fashion snaps, double zipper and tie waist. Cute oversized snap pockets. Zippers work, all snaps intact, virtually no sign of wear. Grey/ black zebra inside lining. I got it from a consignment store which put a black mark through the name tag. Puffer material, but no thick stuffing, great for layering

Is this waterproof or water resistant?

@chelmo80 hi! I wore it in lighter rain, not near a downpour. It kept me dry. So my guess would be that it is water resistant not waterproof.
