Lucky Brand Blue Floral Print Peasant Blouse Front is low cut and buttons downto the middle. Drawstring can be tied or left to hang. Snag/run in fabric next to top button. A few other minor runs in fabric but not noticeable because of print. The one by the button is bigger but still not that noticeable.
