I mainly need shoulder to shoulder (seams), sleeve length (from shoulder line to the end of the sleeve, taken along the top line of the sleeves), and maybe like the vertical length of the jacket. You can set a tape measure and take pictures to upload too so I could read them myself if you’d prefer that
