Lucky Brand striped cowl neck long sleeve top

Lucky Brand cowl neck top. Lightweight but sweater like material. Hi low cut. Black and white stripes. Super soft and stretchy material but the material tag is cut out. Size XS but it runs big, could easily fit a small or medium - see measurements in pictures. In great condition!
