This beautiful Lucky Brand Blouse is 100% Viscose. This material is soft and always hangs beautifully! It ties at the neckline. There is a 4 inch opening and then there are 2 tiny buttons on the front. There are two side slits at the hem. The sleeves close with a button and loop. As you can see in the photos, one button on the sleeve is broken, yet it still fastens and is not very noticeable. This blouse is 23” long and 18” from underarm to underarm.
