"Lucky Brand" Legend Charlie Floal Skinny Jeans Size 26

Here is a pair of "Lucky Brand" blue floral jeans they say size 26 but measured they appear to be more like a 28. The classic 5 pocket straight leg (with some stretch) they are called Legend Charlie, there is a photo of the legend as it appears inside the jeans. Two tone blue with the darker blue in a floral pattern throughout the jeans. Measurements are waist 14 inches rise 8 inches and length is 29 inches. They are 100% Cotton machine wash cold water tumble dry on low.
