Lucky Brand Floral Flutter Top

This beautiful top from Lucky Brand has been well taken care of. It has both straps and a drop flutter sleeve. The color is a a light sky blue with navy and yellow flowers. I just love the fabric on this top - see photos. V-neckline on the front only and this flutter top hits right at the waist. I’m 5’7.
