Would look great either rolled at bottom with short booties or sandals or tucked into riding boots, cowboy boots, etc. Could wear it over bikini in summer, an off the shoulder top or even a dressy blouse. Measurements while laying flat: 17” across waist, 20” hip area, 34” length from waistband, 27” inseam, 6” leg opening.
