This size XS Lucky Brand Blouse has never been worn. The navy blue blouse has beautiful embroidery details around the collar and front of the blouse, and around the openings of the sleeves. The blouse does have a crew-neck collar with a deep V slit in the front, giving it the illusion of a V neck when worn.
