Adorable crossover strap w/ pegs Dark slate blue Cork wedge heel I am thinking they are faux leather. size 8.5 4" high heel There two areas where the fabric looks like it has been brushed rather than scuffed. Barely noticeable. Otherwise, these shoes look like they have never been worn.
