This is a gorgeous richly colored gown ready for prom, a wedding, a formal, a black tie event, a cruise, and more! There is no stretch in the fabric. Fits closer to a size 18. It is new with tags with no signs of wear. The deep V neck, beaded waistline, and organza ruffles help to make a statement.
