mikeperry640 I'm bidding on these for my wife. Can you comment on how good a shape they are in? Also, the leather on the shafts looks to be very dry? Can you comment on that. What is the leather? blackbuddha @mikeperry640 hello, the boots are vintage and excellent condition - i'm pretty sure they are crafted from lizard skin hence the appearance - not dry. These boots were made in the late seventies by hand (unlike newer boots) and yes they were made in San Antonio or El Paso. take care BB

nicdemon do they have a pointed toe, or is it more of an almond rounded? do they run true to size, or run small/big? I'm normally between a 7 and 7.5 and just want to be sure they'll fit. thanks!
