Luca Couture M Navy Floral Flow Dress

Stylish with keyhole open back (2nd photo) that has a single button at the top. Butterfly sleeves. Elastic waist. Sheer above waist and has a lined skirt below elastic waist. Tried on but never actually wore it out so time to rehome this totally flowy and cute dress. Slightly higher hem in front with a couple inch longer back. Feminine and pretty!
