Pretty orange and blue new with tags the length of this cute skirt is 25” from top to bottom but you can always fold down the top if you need it a bit shorter! 14” in waist with an inch of stretch and the hips will stretch to about 18”! Size small. The Cassie is where class and comfort meet. Made of 97% polyester and 3% spandex.
