LuLaRoe Jill Skirt

This new version of a LuLaRoe classic, the Jill Skirt, features a romantic, accordion-pleated skirt made of CVC and rose skin that drapes beautifully and fashionably below the knee. It has a comfortable exposed elastic waistband that can be worn at the waist or slung low on the hips.
