LuLaRoe Irma Top

This very festive floral flag-pattern tunic top has a high-low design and is very leggings friendly and perfect for any patriotic event! It is made to be oversized, so a x-small will look very large on someone who is truly a size x-small. However, there are also lots of cool ways that you can tie this top and make it look not so big. This has only been worn a few times and is still in perfect condition. I am happy to provide measurements upon request.
