The fabric feels like a cotton blend, has some stretch and is made of 90% Polyester & 10% Polyester Pit to pit measurement is 20.5 inches. This size will fit snugly if you're a size 22, 'regularly' if you're a size 20 and loosely if you're a size 18. No rips, tears, stains or flaws.
