NWT pretty LuLaRoe Azure skirt, which can also be worn as a top. The skirt features a wide waist band that can be folded, hits just below the knee and feels like a cotton blend fabric. Material has a bit of stretch but isn't as stretchy as some. 96% Polyester, 4% Spandex. If you're familiar with LuLaRoe sizing, some items run large. This skirt is fairly true to size. Waistband measurement is 40 inches. This can also be worn as a bathing suit cover-up. Slip it on and your lower half if completely covered!
