NWT very cute LuLaRoe Azure skirt, which can also be worn as a top or a bathing suit cover-up. The skirt features a wide waist band that can be folded, hits just below the knee and is made from a silky, slinky material. Material has a bit of stretch but not as much as other materials. 96% Spun Polyester, 4% Spandex. If you're familiar with LuLaRoe sizing, some items run large. This skirt is fairly true to size. Waistband measurement is 33 inches. No rips, tears, stains or flaws.
