shellymw97 @cathytang Hi Cathy, sorry to hear. I did only wear it once and have put it in storage since (I wasn’t lying!) — it’s a straw hat so there might be some pieces sticking out but think it is normal for the material. Please let it air out as well, it might have gotten squished in the packaging.

shellymw97 @cathytang I do not. The hat is from my personal closet (I don’t have multiple lying around) & I would say the condition is certainly not bad. It isn’t new (I had worn it once), but it is definitely not bad to the point it needs to be thrown away… I’m sorry you don’t like it but I did not deceive you. There are photos in the listing and I clearly stated the hat was used.
