Vintage 1950s wool varsity cardigan by Lowe & Campbell Athletic Goods. Red knit body with large blue chenille "H" patch, front pockets, and button closure. Original embroidered name tag reads "J. McKenzie," belonging to Colonel Jerry L. McKenzie prior to his U.S. Air Force service. Marked size 38 (fits modern men's Small). Measures 18" pit-to-pit, 25" length, 17" shoulders, 23" sleeves. Good vintage condition with two small sleeve spots and a light thread pull on the back. Clean, well-preserved piece of mid-century athletic wear with traceable provenance.
