These jeans are definitely skinny jeans and fit snug around the waist and hips. Measurements below: (laying flat) Waist: 15” Rise: 8” Inseam: 31” Hips: 16” Modeled on a 26” upper waist, 28” low waist, with 36” hips. I’m 5’8” and these hit my ankles perfectly.
