Low rise micro mini skirt

Black low rise micro mini a-line/circle flowy skirt by Coco Reef. I think it is a swimsuit material, but it does not have shorts underneath and can def be styled as a regular skirt. I’ve worn it once or twice to parties. Has small belt loops that could fit a skinny belt. Note a tiny run on the back near the bottom hem.
