Low cut polka dotted blue one-piece romper

Charlotte Russe. New, never worn. Satin-like, soft material on inside & out. Back zipper goes down past waist up to butt area. Belt can be worn different ways (it's attached). Cute, deep blue, and best worn with free nips. Shows off the boobs. I'm a 34C and 24" hips (or US size 0-2). My height: 5'1". Dress is best suggested for ladies with B-cups or smaller if you want to breathe. Crotch area was slightly high and waist slightly tight for me, so someone smaller would fit this better.
