You show these were reposhed from someone else. However, you also say worn fewer than 5 times. Had they been worn before you purchased them? Did you wear them with sock liners, etc.?

@bles9403 Previous owner stated she tried them on twice indoors. I wore them to church 2-3 times before deciding I really need the next size up.
