christeenham @ppotter20 hi! I’m so sorry for the late reply! I have medical issues, it’s a long story lol. It’s used by pushing down on your thighs to stretch out your spine. I have severe degenerative spine issues and it helped me so much! I moved on & saved up for a big inversion table so I didn’t need it anymore. Works great!
