Lovers + Friends Jacob Plaid Mini Dress

Lovers and friend mini dress. Dress was purchased new and has never been worn. I broke the belt loops while trying it on. The belt can be worn without the loops or the loops can be easily reattached. The damage is pictured in the last picture.
