Lovely vest appears to be silk or part silk maybe size medium- large

It’s unfortunate that labels have been cut out of this vestige. Like new condition. Feels like silk, but not sure. It is so beautiful. Dress up or down with right bottoms. Boho look with fav baggy jeans! See pics for measurements since size label is missing
