Lovely quadruple silver plated soup tureen

Lovely & very ornately decorated 4-footed, quadruple silver plated soup tureen with handles. 13 1/2 inches from handle to handle and 7 inches tall. Pre-owned and in vintage, used condition. Could use a good polishing. Marked on the bottom with a maker's mark, but I can't make it out.
