This beautiful dress is in great condition, has pockets, and a beautiful floral white pattern. Waist(elastic, very stretchy ) measures at 14 inches and the Bust measures at 16 inches. The bust is very elastic and can stretch to fit most sizes. Personally I have a DDD and the dress fits.
