Lovely Ruby Gemstone & Sim Diamond Filigree Ring Sz 9

This beautiful ring has a lovely vintage look and feel. A one carat princess cut lab created ruby gemstone is accented by small round cut simulated diamond gemstones in a filigree design setting.
