Wonderful example of a beautifully carved antique cameo. Outstanding artistry and the shell is in excellent shape. No flaws or wear. It's set in a gold filigree frame surrounded by a silver wire coil. The metal isn't marked and I haven't tested it, but the quality is clear. I have so much to go through and list that unless a piece has already been tested, I don't have the time to stop and check! More treasures are on the way, so keep an eye out.
