ajaned32 Hey I just bought a pair of Nina Flo-LS Luster heels from you. They are for my 10 year old. I checked the height of her old heels and the ones I bought from you are way too high. Any way we can cancel the order?

dcsilva82 @ajaned32 I have reached out to posh Mark for assistance as I have not encountered this before. I will keep you posted on what they say and how we have to go about canceling the order since it's pending for Mail pick up.

dcsilva82 @ajaned32 I'm still waiting for a response from POSHMARK but in the meantime this is what I found online. - What is Poshmark's return policy? "All sales are final on Poshmark. This means a buyer cannot return an item they purchased on Poshmark if the item simply does not fit or they no longer want the item - as long as the seller accurately described the item in the listing..."
