allievans2000 Hi Abby, I want to find a way to keep the reptile sweater but get a partial refund. I didn’t know that once I put it in motion that wouldn’t be possible. is there still a way for me to keep the sweater, get it repaired, get a refund for some of the money? Thank you Allison
